Payment Terms:
 

Tuition Payments

 

  • Tuition is due prior to the student’s start date.

  • Tuition for the 2026 - 2027 Academic School Year is billed annually, quarterly, or monthly for the split payment option and must be paid in full before the beginning of each start date unless a payment plan has been otherwise approved in writing.

  • Tuition payments are non-refundable once a session has begun.

 

Annual Registration Fee

 

  • A non-refundable annual registration fee is required to secure enrollment.

  • Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment and must be paid before a student’s spot is reserved.

 

Supply Fees

 

  • Supply fees are due prior to the start of each year or quarter.

  • Supply fees help cover classroom materials, art supplies, educational resources, and program materials.
    •   Supply fees are non-refundable

 

Late Payments

 

  • Payments not received prior to the start date or due date may result in a late fee of $25.

  • Students may not participate in classes or programs if accounts become delinquent.

 

Withdrawal Policy

 

  • Families wishing to withdraw from the program must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Registration fees and previously paid and supply fees are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes, vacations, illnesses, or voluntary withdrawal during an active year or quarter.
