By enrolling in Evergreen Roots & Wings, families acknowledge and agree to the following:

Families are responsible for the timely pickup and drop-off of their child(ren).
Families agree to maintain respectful and timely communication regarding attendance, schedule changes, and concerns.
Children experiencing illness or contagious symptoms should remain home.
Evergreen Roots & Wings strives to create a respectful and emotionally safe environment for all participants.
Respectful behavior is expected from both children and parents within the community.
Program schedules, activities, instructors, and offerings may occasionally change as needed.
Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping emergency and medical information up to date.
Evergreen Roots & Wings reserves the right to refuse or discontinue enrollment if ongoing behavior or safety concerns significantly affect the group's well-being.
